If you are in the mood for something different, stop by Crepe Amour in Georgetown.
We wandered in this past weekend and enjoyed some really terrific dishes. This creperie is unusual – while it serves typical dessert and savory crepes, it also had some Indian inspired crepes on the menu that were stuffed with spicy chicken with mayo and another one that had a spicy potatoes and peas filling. Got both, loved both! The crepes are different from typical French crepes in that these tend to be on the crispier side – a texture we all really loved. There is also a delightful espresso bar.
We started with the "Georgetowner" – a crepe filled with bacon and cheese and eggs (YUM). Then moved onto the two Indian-inspired selections (see below):
And for dessert, we had the Carnival – a delightful crepe filled with Nutella, strawberries and bananas and topped with ice-cream

I just created a new page on my website for the review of creperies (or any restaurant that serves them) and would appreciate your contribution. Would you consider submitting this review of Crepes Amour to my creperie review page? If so, I’ll happily post a link to your blog.
