Mango Lassi With Honey
You can use your choice of fruit here – try this with bananas, or ripe peaches or raspberries!
½ cup plain yogurt
1 small fully ripe mango
2 -3 mint leaves
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup water
5-6 ice cubes
Optional: Garnish with ground cardamom and a drizzle of honey
In a blender, add the yogurt, mango, mint leaves, honey, water and ice cubes. Blend well. Add more water if you like a thinner consistency. Garnish and serve immediately.

They can be found at the H Street, Dupont Circle, Silver Spring and Foggy Bottom markets, where they sell delicious tree and field fruit, fresh vegetables and free-range eggs. Quaker Valley also has baked goods, sauces and jams made from their own fruits and vegetables.
