Workshop Description

Join Monica Saigal for an immersive and transformative journey into the beliefs that shape your life. In this interactive workshop, you’ll uncover the fundamental, often hidden, beliefs that influence your relationships, career, self-worth, and success. Whether it’s beliefs about love, money, family, or personal growth, this workshop will guide you in understanding their origins, challenging their validity, and learning how to consciously shift them to align with the life you truly desire.

Through engaging exercises and open discussions, you’ll explore how limiting beliefs have held you back and gain practical tools to reframe them into empowering narratives. Monica will lead a guided meditation designed to help you integrate these new perspectives into your everyday life.

The workshop will conclude with a calming and healing sound bath, led by Elizabeth Ernst, a trained healer. This closing practice will allow you to relax deeply, absorb the day’s insights, and leave feeling more centered and aligned with your true self.

Testimonials

The core beliefs workshop led by Monica Saigal was truly an eye-opening experience. It helped me uncover the deep-rooted beliefs that were influencing my thoughts and behaviors. Monica is engaging and well-traveled. She created a safe and supportive environment, allowing us to explore these beliefs without judgment. Through insightful exercises and discussions, I gained clarity on how to reframe limiting beliefs and adopt more empowering ones. This workshop has been a pivotal step in my personal development journey, and I now feel more aligned with my true values. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking lasting transformation!

Monica Saigal for real—just wow. For one, your eye contact with the audience, the sincerity of your delivery, the examples from your own life (and learning) you provided showed your vulnerability and strength all at the same time—something that should and MUST be shared more esp. in South Asian culture (where learning from our lowest moments should be discussed more, not shoved under a rug). With your talk, you reprogrammed the way I thought about single affirmations vs. affirmations with evidence (i.e., evidence that provides my brain with the fuel to blaze a new path forward despite the hardship(s)). You led us through an exercise that in itself was so empowering (where we push our own goal posts further than before). I can’t think of one person in that room that didn’t relate to your message, I know I did. You’re a gifted speaker and writer that is meant to empower, challenge and push the boundaries of societal, familial and self-limiting boundaries. I absolutely needed to hear you while on my own journey. Bravo!
