When I was growing up, Hindu was the choice for smart readers. Let me tell you, it was a hard paper to read. I was 10. I remember the words being too big for me understand. I had to constantly write them down and find a dictionary or a willing adult to help me understand. It was and I think has always remained the paper for intellectuals. So imagine my surprise when they called to interview me for a story. Moral of the story: Don't let anyone, specially your inner critic, ever tell you that you are not smart enough for anything.
