Love to try new recipes
I have a soft corner for Latin cuisine and I absolutely love Empanadas! I’ve made them a few times at home for parties and I find them to be a perfect appetizer for birthday parties! I am always on the look out for hand held party food recipes as I am busy ( throughout the year) planning Ian’s next birthday party! ????
This year, my parents will be here for his birthday which will make that day extra special!

Empaadas are a favorite in my family. I used to make them for after school snacks for my daughters and her friends. It would be great to have more ideas.
My pololo is Chilean and we had the great fortune of attending Sandra’s demo at Southern Seasons last night. I’d love to win these, so I can cook authentic Chilean foods at home (we LOVED her empanadas!) and use your book to open up our culinary window on food! We love experimenting with new spices, ingredients, and learning not only about different foods but different cultures as well.
