I should win because I LOVE Monica’s stories, and love sharing them – and because when she paired with CoCo Sala for Valentine’s Day chocolates, they sold out before I could order them. Since they are that good, I would like to taste them and share them with my mom and sister for Mother’s Day. I can’t think of anything better for Mother’s Day!

Monica Bhide and Coco Sala are both at the top of my list. I’m so excited to read Monica’s new book while I’m savoring chocolate from Coco Sala.
If I win, I shall savor those sublime chocolates, while reading your entertaining, thoughtful and delicious writings for an entire day. My fantasy escape encompasses ethereal chocolate ecstasy and quietude. I haven’t had a day off in a month. I have been helping consult for a dear lady friend with her dream of opening a restaurant. Dream on!
I should win this ‘coz, perhaps, I share with Monica (and Chefs at Co.Co sala) beliefs and views about spices. I believe, spices unify the ingredients of a dish. Through Monica’s book, I might learn how each spice fulfills its destiny by giving us a unifying experience.

Monica’s stories and characters transport you to new often colorful / often dark worlds but alway interesting and spicy just like Coco Sala’s chocolates, often colorful / often dark. I, for one, love the colorful stories and people of Monica Bhide’s tales but the dark chocolates of Coco Sala. Good luck to both of you on the release of the new book and the celebration of Spring and Mother’s Day at Coco Sala.

I have enjoyed reading many on Monica’s works… and I was lucky enough to order her special addition CoCo Sala chocolates for Valentines Day before they sold out… wow they were amazing!

I can’t think of a better pairing. The book is spectacular with characters that keep you engaged way after you put the book down. And Co Co Sala keeps you yearning for more every time you take a bite. They both experiment with mixing the familiar and the unfamiliar which makes for a marvelous experience.
